1- After my first pregnancy, 

2- 6 times a week

3- I really love ABS workouts

4- I don’t follow a specific diet, I try to cut down on carbs and sugar as much as I can, but my diet consists mainly of fish, salad, and veggies.

5- what I like the most about Feed Me More nutrition supplements are to have the certainty that they are going to be the key for me to achieve my objectives without giving me any bad side effects, they are really effective!

6- I really like them all, but I have two favorites, the fat burner because it really burns all the fat in my body and the pre-workout that gives me the energy that I need without that feeling that my heart is beating too fast, and it also does not make my stomach sick!
