I'll say honestly the GTS works great, the only problem I've ran into is it doesn't make me feel sleepy, but when I do lay down I'm OUT. So again it probably works different on other people but just for me it doesn't make me drowsy, but when I do lay down I'm out for 8 to 10 hours straight. So the product works great

It has really get a deeper sleep. I feel like it took about a week for it to fully kick in, but my last three nights of sleep has been great.

I was having trouble falling asleep. Melatonin did not work ( 3mg, 5mg, even 10mg). I also do not want to take over the counter sleeping pills. These helped a lot. I would recommend em’.

High value for money, henae why I keep buying it. Some tips for people looking to use.1. Use exactly as directed.2. Follow basic quality sleeping tips. Such as, limiting caffeine intake, non after 3/4pm, no phone use before bed, no sleeping with TV on etcMy results. I feel recharged after sleep. Also helps get me to sleep as without it, I toss and turn for an hour or more. This helps relax my mind and body for a good rest.

Although it takes a little over an hour for it to kick in but it makes you feel like if you're naturally sleepy if that makes sense in other words NyQuil or others products will give you a drunk/sleepy feeling this one does not

My doctor prescribed me these sleep medicine that isn't working it worked for maybe a week and not work anymore I purchased the wake up unlimited energy and the big guy testosterone booster I never gotten a better sleep I used this for 3 nights and I can get to bed without a problem it's a great product

Great sleep aid I had a problem of not sleeping all night I would wake every hour. I could not just stay asleep undisturbed. This product says to take 6 capsules at a time but I do not need alot of aid just alittle help to stay asleep. I get my full rest now woth just 1 capsul a night this is by far an amazing product. And in the mourning I'm not to tired to get up.

It work very well. It basically reset my sleeping ability. I hardly use it now but it kicks you know what. The flavor could be better but it is what it is.

Whoa... it's a good thing I didn't have an appointment this morning. GTS is the real deal! I took it a 11pm and it kicked in between 1 to 1 1/2hrs. I slept until 9am with one bathroom run at 5am.GTS will be part of my routine from now on.

I normally can't sleep at night cause my brain is always thinking of stuff I gotta do the next day & taking Zzz Quil knocked me out but made me drowsy during the day, this stuff knocks me out & I'm refreshed in the morning. Definitely worth it's wait in Gold.

I really like this all natural sleep aid. I have been using this for about three weeks off and on. I'm a disabled veteran who has difficulty sleeping at times and was taking prescription meds by the VA and they always knocked me out but I always woke up groggy as if I was hungover. When taking this there is no morning groggyness at all. You wake up refreshed and ready to start the day.

I have a difficult time staying asleep thru the night, and often getting to sleep as well. Using this product for two nights has made all the difference in how I feel when I wake up, and through the day. I have more energy and feel refreshed instead of wishing I could hit snooze one more time. I did not use the recommended dose of 6 caps; I took 3 caps and it knocked me out in 30-45 mins. I didn’t stir until my alarm went off. Wonderful product!

The only negative I would give is the amount of capsules, but with all the ingredients included this is necessary. Take this an hour before bed and you will fall asleep like a baby. Would recommend setting your alarm though because the one time I didn't I slept ten hours straight through without stirring once.

I have to say I was a bit iffy on trying something new but I'm happy to say that this stuff really works. I won't be going to Walmart anymore for sleep aids:)

I normally wake up a few times a night and honestly whenever I take this I sleep through the whole night. I actually just bought another bottle to send to my grandpa he has a hard time sleeping throughout the night from accidents and broken bones. I’m excited for him to get this to help!
